Do not punish the proper Mayweather.

This is the best article out there:

Take the title? Maybe. Punish Yoel, Zab and Roger? Yes.

But punish the man who was dominating, who was intentionally fouled and who saved the night by standing patiently in his corner until everything stopped...touched gloves in the 11th...gave Zab a hug in the 12th and continued his winning ways without retalation?

That would be a great injustice to boxing in my view.

Here is the article that shares my same opinion.
Mayweather Jr. should not be punished with a loss.

That's right PBF was intentionally low blowed but never retaliated. He was in the neutral corner and was not part of the commotion that went on in the middle of the ring. He went on and win that fight clearly so how the hell could the commision over turn the result of the fight because of altecations involving his team members and the other party?

    This is hilarious.

Something needs to happen to deter this in future.

Give Roger a two year ban from ringside, and take a close look at how Zab rushed across the ring and starting throwing punches. He needs a beat down too. PBF fought and behaved superbly. Who cares what the IBF does, they are corrupt to the core and must have missed the part where Baldomir beat their "champion".

well from reading some recent news on this, a decision on this matter is due very soon.

paraphrasing from what i read, the outcome is likely to stand. however, other possibilities are to rule the bout a no contest, or disqualify mayweather altogether. either way, i just don't want to see a rematch. for me, the royal rumble was the most exciting part of that fight though.

there will most certainly be suspensions issued at the very least. although floyd showed remarkable sportsmanship with his calm reaction, his team(roger specifically) might have just cost him this fight - hopefully not. i do feel roger should be fined and also suspended for quite a while. a 2 year ban from ringside just might be enough to get the message across.
