...what does that have to do with what I quoted?
He said that Floyd needed a couple months of judo training to be as good as Holm.

The writers who say that Holm dominated are correct in saying that Holm landed a lot of hits and Ronda didn't. But if you watch the actual fight, you'll see that Ronda chased Holm around the ring during both rounds, even right before the KO. It's very hard to say that you "dominated" when you spent the whole fight running away.

      Golovkin dominates. Floyd wins.
Wow. Did you just start watching combat sports Saturday night? The fight is the definition of domination. Holm did what she wanted, when she wanted against Rousey. What you're describing is ineffective aggression. Rousey failed at landing flush on Holly and at taking her down. Holly is overall better at striking and footwork and that's the reason the fight never went to the ground. Holly didn't allow her to get close and made her pay when she did.

Ultimately "chased" doesn't mean she was successful or effective and you shouldn't get credit for it.

Yes, you got me. I just started watching combat sports yesterday. In particular, I came here to comment on an MMA fight on boxing forums. :-/

I'm gonna give up trying to write down thoughts that are more complex than 'Sky is blue' on this forum, most don't bother reading into what's actually said.

No please enlighten me. Please tell me about how Rousey 'chasing' Holly isn't a complete domination. I'm sure I'll get a good kick out of reading it.

They will do it at UFC 200. This will be worth big bucks. Just like Brock vs Mir 2

its called foot work and movement. somethoing rousey had no answer to. she chased holm around just to block the punches with her face. then when she tried to block holly's foot with her face. it was lights out. skills pays the bills

Look at his new post, he is now calling everyone kids and saying we only saw a 15 second highlight. The entire fight is on Youtube. I don't how else can you determine what a domination is when one fighter potshotted with hard power punches and knocked out the other fighter while suffering minimal damage and busting up the other fighter. Rousey's nose and mouth were busted up after the first round, It was a complete domination.

Holm is a bad b*tch but Ali sounds salty as ****. I still think she's a little jealous because she didn't get the hype or the celebrity that Rhonda got.
Or maybe the fact nobody really cares about her.

To have a 34 year old boxer with only a couple years of MMA training destroy her is too perfect.

And ESPN was in damage control immediately after, I heard, "Everyone can get caught." several times on that network. She didn't just get caught, she got completely destroyed and after 60 seconds there was no way she could win that fight.

Rousey was a ****y smack talker who didn't respect her opponents, I wonder if she really believed she was that good. I wonder if Dana White will continue to talk about her beating male boxers.

I hope they do fight again and Holm breaks Rousey's face again.
Indeed. Upon reflection I think it's pretty easy to see what went so wrong and it isn't Rousey's fault really, it actually falls on Dana White. He got greedy and continued to promote the floor from underneath her. There was a point when what was being sold was not what buyers were ever going to get. I'm sure Rousey knew or suspected this but went all aboard anyway in the hopes of cashing in. White could have been promoting so many other fighters but Rousey was his cash "cow" that was going to make him and MMA a mint. But the train of greed and shame derailed.

That's why Oscar looks like such a worthless ****, he looks greedy, calculating and disloyal to the sport that made him rich when he put Rousey on that Ring cover. He was another willing and eager passenger on the hype train that really had no destination

Now look at em. Heh, White would love nothing more than to have an immediate rematch, problem is it cost him the other half of his shirt and he knows it

I want to see a rematch. Why not? Rousey could come back and do much better.
