I have to agree seeing Ricky Martin Rubio KO Mario Lemuix and the BEATING Chavez gave Andy Lee. It is pretty hard to consider them "Champions".

Why is everyone encouraging the winner of Cotto/Canelo to duck Golovkin?

guaranteed the winner of this fight will vacate rather than face Triple GGG . neither cootto or canola want to take that kind of beating

If GGG mans up and fights Canelo, Ward or Cotto he's going to get Rousey'd in the worst way. There are levels to this - fighting cans your whole career isn't going to prepare you for the legit guys

I'm convinced more than ever that Team GGG is trying to prevent what they know is inevitable. They want him to get the MW "title defense" record and in hopes that by then Ward is fully retired and so is Cotto and that Canelo, through his war or two against Cotto is shopworn enough that its a safe fight.

Please don't stay away when Cotto Canelo winner vacate that title and duck Golovkin.
Also, when is Ward's next fight?

the winner should vacate. liittle G is a punk trying to prey a little fighters. it does'nt matter what lbs alvared and cotto walk around at. they are small jr middles and have no business fighting this idiot. little g does'nt make 160 very well and ducked Ward at 168.

golovkin can have all the belts. who df can he fight at 160 that's worth a damn? belt or no belt i would rather see him fight canelo or cotto. he should take the belt and then make the fight at a catchweight. what's the point of unifying a crap division with no career defining win on your resume. imagine hopkins unifying with no oscar or tito fights.

Looks like the fact that Cotto public announcement of "no one is going to make me fight GGG" ducking affair was lost on you. And number two, obviously you are new to the sport or you would realize that history is filled with guys who fought lessor comp and stepped up to the next level and won. Your bias is glaring.
