Will it be considered his greatest victory to date? Mosley, Margarito, Martinez were decent/good wins. But I think this one takes the cake by far.

I voted yes it would be his best win . I expect Cotto to get knocked out. If he wins I would have to give him credit for being much better than I thought he was. Canelo is a solid 3 to 1 betting favorite. Cotto has never won a fight when he was this big of underdog in the betting. There is no boxer Cotto has defeated who would not be defeated quicker and easier by today's Canelo in my opinion.

I think it would also be Canelo's best win. Canelo's win over Lara was a win over a very hard boxer to beat. Lara might even be more difficult than Cotto to defeat. Cotto is on a roll now and looking spectacular. Lara just wins easily but he doesn't wins in the crushing way Cotto has won his last 3 fights. Some Canelo haters and Lara fans say Canelo lost to Lara. I think his defeat of Cotto will be undeniable and therefore his best win. It's a must win fight for both boxers although a close points loss wouldn't make the loser look too bad.

Cotto's had some great wins throughout his career, which spans back a little further than some people here remember. Judah and Mosley are among his greatest wins. But here, Cotto is giving away huge advantages in age, size, and maybe power. Which is why if Cotto wins, it'll be considered his greatest victory.
