  • Comments Thread For: Klitschko To Fury: I'm More Aggressive With Tall Guys

Wladimir Klitschko has dismissed the two advantages of height and stance Tyson Fury is said to possess, insisting that neither will trouble him when they fight on November 28.

The undefeated Fury will be the underdog when he travels to Dusseldorf's ESPRIT Arena to challenge the IBF, WBO and WBA world heavyweight champion, but many regardless believe that his height and ability to fight from a southpaw stance gives him two significant assets beyond those of the typical Klitschko opponent.

    And the champ is right.

Thompson, Wach, Pulev, Austin- these guys were walloped good.

Fury will not even know what day of the week it is and be lucky to even remember his name.

Fury is going to get his arse whooped. The delusional Brits who think Fury is gonna win make me laugh. Alot of the same idiots were convinced Haye would beat Wlad. Silly wankers.

Fury is not 6'9. Look at him alongside the 6'6 Klitschko. He's no more than 6'8, possibly less.

Fat Fury can't box for ****.

He is just young, huge and with some speed, that's his only advantage. It won't be enough to beat Wlad who is faster, harder, quicker reflexes and better boxing technique.

Klitschko will definitely win but I doubt he will be aggressive.

You can analyze and reanalyze all the tactical and physical aspects you want. But it really comes down to does Fury really think he can win and will he fight an aggressive fight. Or will he revert to survival mode and fail to back up his big talk like so many others have done against Wlad. If he really comes to win and damns the torpedos, he may have a chance. But I like Wlad to win in any scenario.

Fury is a tomato can...there's no place in the world where fighters are more overhyped than in the U.K.

I just hope we get to see a KO rather than Fury fighting scared ala David Haye...

He isn't a can by any stretch, but he's clearly vastly over rated against what can only called extremely mediocre opposition. What bothers me is Klitschko literally gets no credit at all in any scenario or victory against Fury, he wins by KO he stopped a guy pillow fisted USS dropped hard and had to be illegally stopped for Fury to defeat, if he out points him he didn't stop the guy USS dropped and was beating on the cards at time of stoppage .......

Fury has shown skills, extraordinary for a goof that size. He really has done well to avoid any real legitimate tests and get this far, but then we are in an age where Leapai and Glazkov are mandated so it is not exactly bizarre Fury is in this position, he has simply benefited having wise handlers whom know his limitations well. All credit to them really.

If anything it is a decent feather for Wlad's hat but not much more, ultimately it adds to his legacy and destroys the myth the Klitschko's avoided challengers their own size and larger with the failed Valuev/Vitali negotiations and the Wach and Fury fights for instance in regards to Wlad. I'm really looking forward to this fight and hope against hope Fury comes to bring it as it really brings out the best in the champ when his opponents do in fact give it a real go, In fact he's generally more impressive against the more hyped opponents as he is clearly even more locked in than his usual 100 percent.
