Looked like Rousey underestimated Holm, she was slow, sloppy and off balance.

I don't think she underestimated Holm... Game plan was obviously to rush Holm in a close fight and nullify the reach advantage... She did underestimate the counter abilities though, which resulted in every "assault" paid at high price... Holm was phenomenal in every aspect... Power to her !

Holm was killing her with straight rights and she threw Rousey to the mat, picked her up and stuck her with a left kick to the jaw. Rousey goes down and Holm crushes her 3 times in the face before the fight is stopped.

Thats exactly what happen. Nothing more nothing less. Over confidence as well may have played a part.
