      This is horrible..

That's why SHObox is not mandatory viewing for me anymore,,, it's all just mismatches..

The whole shobox series was created on the premise of matching prospects in their hardest fights ever.. Now it's basically espn FnF caliber fights.. 9-0 8kos vs 15-10 been stopped multiple times.... Total mismatches... Shobox needs to get back to the 9-0 vs 10-0 type fights

SHObox should be like the American idol of boxing... No namers competing to make a name

The problem is that this is not typical of ShoBox. Lets hope the opener does not become a change in trend for openers or for the card in general.

The guy has some serious talent. He needs to move his head more though, and sharpen up that defense.

I really enjoy Derevyanchenko's style. Hurd seems like he wasn't even trying last night.

This was just a warm up fight for him, he's fighting again next month against a much better opponent for a minor title. Could be someone like Sam Soliman, Caleb Truax, or Abe Han.

I look forward to seeing Derevyanchenko fighting Golovkin, he lacks power but his other skills including in mental strength are solid.

With Hurd, that was a calmness which can appear like he is not even trying, yet he busts the guy up. I think it is the sign of something special when a fighter hasn't even had to go into another gear to beat a solid fight like he did. I think he clearly belong in the top 10 and would be a threat to just about anyone.

LMW is wide open right now, but he still has a long way to go. I would like to see Hurd vs. Maciel/Jackson/Cota next.
