In all my years watching boxing I've never seen 2 fighter who were fighting for the middleweight title so adamantly deny being actual middleweights.

154.5 homie. That's not a MW. Only by nitpicking nerd standards. Look at the history of JMW fights.

He has been teetering just over it since the Floyd fight. He can probably still make 154, but it is obviously hard for him or he would do it. His re-hydration weight tells us all we need to know.

So with time? When GGG is 36,37? He knows he can't risk his cash cow.

                    Haters...

                    "Canelo is a middleweight!"........

Canelo asks for a 155 lbs. catchweight.

                    "155 lbs isn't middleweight!"

                    Wait... wut?!
