Here's an argument relevant to the topic of this thread: With all the money Mayweather has made, what has he ever done to help anybody but himself? De Le Hoya is hands down a better person with an actual conscience and sense of humanity.

Not one to sit and defend Floyd but he has also given away Turkeys before and donates to charities:




Anyway, it's not a place for arguments. Respect to anybody who gives a little or a lot to those less fortunate. Whether its De La Hoya, Mayweather, Pacquiao or the guy down the street.

I stand corrected. I'll easily admit I was wrong on this one. I never heard of the donations before and just assumed based on Mayweather's callous personality and apparent obsession with having the most money that he had no interest in giving anything away. Good on Floyd to do that. Sure he earned his money but it's just my opinion that anyone with an obscene amount of personal wealth should feel obligated to give something back.
