I like erickson Lubin. Some of those guys aren't even prospects anymore. More like contenders. Sammy and Julian Williams will prob get title shots in 2016

With the PBC's current format and types of matches they are making, can a PBC fighter ever reach Hall of Fame status or All-Time great status?

I would call them fringe contenders, imo contenders are boxers who have beaten another top10-ranked opponent, like for example Khan, Porter, Thurman, but that's just a matter of definition.
