Unexpected Stylistic Changes Throughout A Career

for example in Floyd's pro debut he was a boxer-puncher and ko'd his first victim with a left hook to the liver

Towards the end of his career he became an outfighting-counterpunching master. The left hook to the body pretty much disappeared from his repertoire

WTF: So Floyds debut opponent is comparable to his opponents towards the end where he fights world class guys?

And Floyd detractors feign ignorance for an opportunity to hear their own voices.

He was still a boxer-puncher as he fought world class guys from 130-140.

If someone showed you the Genaro Hernandez tape and then immediately after the Saul Alvarez match, would you have predicted that stylistic evolution

First thought was Marco Antonio Barrera, from brawler losing to Kennedy McKinney to boxer schooling 'The Prince.'

Maybe JMM? Boring counter puncher to exciting counter puncher? lol, idk.

That's the first one that came to my mind. Naz was not prepared at all for Barrera fighting like that.

This thread is such a fail

A better example would be MAB from how he started his career up to his prime then when he switched up his style to stay on top.
