Depends where on the body & what you're trying to do

Taking one right on the liver or solar plexus when you don't see it coming is hell even if the punch isn't that hard, but if a guy is trying to "go to the body and wear you down" like we say a lot, it's mostly just thudding shots aimed at nothing in particular that make you feel immoble after a while
