I just don't see how Pascal boxing Kov, like Freddy suggests, will benefit Pascal.

I think he's going to have to stand his ground and fight.

I think Kovalev, despite his brutality, is smart enough a fighter to do just that. He wants maximum punishment and he knows rushing the KO isn't the way to get it.

I think he is too. It just seems like everyone has been putting pressure on Sergey to take Pascal out earlier than the first time and that shouldn't be his mentality. Hopefully that didn't get to him, I doubt it but we'll see.
Instead he should punish Pascal even if it goes the distance.
