Comments Thread For: Wladimir Klitschko Open To Facing Wilder, Joshua in 2016

Heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko has opened the door to fights with Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder next year.

The WBA Super, WBO and IBF world champion takes on Tyson Fury on Sky Sports Box Office on November 28 and sees himself - not the unbeaten trio of Fury, Joshua and Wilder - as the biggest threat to his future at the top of the division.

Klitschko, 39, offered Sky Sports an intriguing insight into his mentality during an exclusive interview, answering questions from fans as well as fellow boxers such as British world champions James DeGale and Jamie McDonnell.

A true champion. You know sometimes I go over to my black neighbors house on fight night.

They all sit around bored, resting their chins on their hands until lil' D whips out them Wladimir Klitschko VHS tapes. Then **** gets loud! We git low!

Every time Big D watch that Calvin Brock KO he starts hopping around on 1 leg, "raisin the roof". Fine ass Lawntyra blushes real bad during the postfight interview. B1tch, we watching boxing! Shawty got a one track mind. Real talk.

I don't think Joshua will fight Klitschko. I can't see that fight ever happening.

But Wilder vs Klitschko should really happen in 2016 provided both come through their respective mandatories.

I doubt he'll get both next year but if he got wilder next year and Joshua the year after as his last fight that would be cool.

The word is when Joshua sparred with Wlad he was very very defensive minded, in fact extraordinarily so, like he was more scared of being hurt by Wlad rather than taking it too him.

In a sense I can understand, I think Wlad figures if he can get Joshua in 2016 he will be getting him 12-18 months early, yet it will be a good name on his resume as well as a massive payday due to Joshua's following. I would be looking to do the same too if I was him.
