Why was DLH such a cross over star?
It couldn't be because of his boxing record. Has anyone noticed that EVERY time he faces prime opposition he's come away with a loss. Like really EVERY TIME. Compare his wins with his losses. If you remove the fights where he was the loser- delete them from his record and just let the wins speak it's not that impressive at all.

Longtime fan, but I'm embarrassed for Oscar.

Floyd's shtick may have been annoying and indeed some ways a detriment to the sport, but you know what? People vote with their PPV buys and, outside of the Berto fight, each fight Floyd put on was a landslide victory these past however-many years. The fans made their voices heard by buying these fights, like it or ****in not. If Oscar thought Floyd was such a fraud, why did he promote him all those years?

I've always had an issue with Oscar when it comes to Floyd: supposedly he was this mans promoter, but he'd been telling the media during every promotion that Floyd was going to lose, that Floyd was scared of _____, that he'd given ______ the blueprint to beat Floyd, etc. How are you this mans promoter meanwhile talking **** about him? I realize that, in some ways, this was to sell the fight, but you know it wasn't really about that.

Oscar always comes off as jealous and bitter when it comes to talking about Floyd. Every time he says Floyds name, he gives himself a little bit of a black eye. It's pathetic, man.
