I like this, but how are they going to fund it with the highly paid fighters?

Easy, just don't give it to highly paid fighters.

Like say, only for fighters making 500K or less.

Or, the bonus only applies to up to the first $500K of the fighter's purse.

Do I miss something? Who is going to pay this 10% bonus?
... As I know, WBC gets a percentage from the fighters' purses in order to sanction the title fights ...

LOL I don't see how thats happening. Who's paying the extra $3M to $25M for guys like Manny & Floyd when they win?

I've thought for a long time it'd be cool to have a winners & losers purse in general for a fight & than later like it'd be cool to have a winners & losers purse that takes into account your asses in seats status like the UFC does, but the problem with boxing is too many people in power positions absolutely hate change & are slow to make any movement with change that they don't **** on 5 minutes in.

For example, open scoring. There should be open scoring. The fighters should know where they stand & if a fight is being judged fairly most of the audience usually knows where it stands already, but somehow there has been false starts with open scoring for the last several decades & we are still in a "surprise you lost mfer!!!" boxing era.
