No, not counting Pac.

Marquez is the best win either has. Peterson and Khan are the same level, and Bradley beat Peterson much better than Garcia did. Matthysse's a very good win but not as good as the Khan win, so it's not lifting Garcia above. After that their competition is similar, but Bradley has a lot more of those wins over the top 10ish fighters.

It's pretty clear to me that Bradley has the better record.

Bradley skein over Marquez is greater than anything Garcia has some and the fact that Bradley even had two fights against Manny is enough to put him over Garcia who honestly outside of Kahn has struggled with everyone he has beaten and didn't deserve the victory over Peterson.
