                GBP would be smart to pick him up if it won't piss Arum off, Oscar shouldn't wanna piss anyone off right now. GBP needs some name guys right now. And Margarito is at least good to get smashed by Canelo sometime next year after he gets a couple comeback W's.

                    Why the FUCK is Oscar not trying to sign Margarito and fight him?

                    Big PPV numbers, they both make a lot of money, and Oscar probably wins. Whats the problem??

                                Yes, but times have changed. Margarito is damaged goods (well, so is Oscar, but less so) and Margarito's style is tailor made for Oscar.

                                It would be a massive fight.

                                    Apparently he wants big money right out of the gate. The only place he will get that is possibly with PBC.

                                    He is soooo high risk though. Not just financially. If he goes into a fight and comes out more injured, whomever promotes him wears it also.

                                        Margarito has to be willing to take a lesser fight to prove his viability.
