Well IF Wladimir can carry on his reign of dominance into his 40s you can make absolutely no question of doubt about it, Wladimir will win that fighter of the decade and IF he doesn't it would be an absolute robbery.
That all said its a big IF and a huge ask for Wladimir to carry on strong and beating down those guys into his mid 40s but If he does he will break nearly every heavyweight record set by ATG's.
