I always wondered why kov refused to take random testing even though pascal was going to pay for all of it
Kovalev agreed to do VADA, then Pascal refused to pay.

Kovalev fights out of the US, which to be honest is a bigger risk factor for cheating than fighting out of Russia.

This is a big story at the moment - all over mainstream sports websites.

As it applies to boxing - I just want all these guys to get tested. The way things are now going most boxers who make it to a high level tend to come across someone who demands random testing eventually, which is better than before but still not near perfect. I am curious about Kovalev, and I think I would like to see him undergo random blood and urine testing just to ease my su****ions. With GGG you can see where the power is coming from at least, he is built like a middleweight Marciano, huge back, powerful looking legs, but with Kovalev it feels a bit su****ious to me.

I think for example if he was to fight Ward, there is no way that fight will happen without random testing. Ward is not that naive.

        LOL

RUSADA(Russian version of USADA, if that wasn't clear) was handing out advanced notices to it's russian athletes before showing up to test.

RUSADA DCO's routinely accepting bribes from athletes
RUSADA DCO's routinely didn't follow the international standards for testing despite being trained

LOL, reminds me exactly of a certain someone under USADA. But putting Floyd aside, the stuff surfacing here indicates USADA is doing the same thing.

People implying it doesn't involve boxing are correct in the aspect it is not know how far this goes... Hence my question. But it would be naive to believe it doesn't.

Anyone know if this is some medal stripping ****? Have they stripped medals for dated PED info before?
Fairly sure they stripped the cheat Marion Jones and a bunch of other athletes.

I actually remember someone posting Mekhontsev's bacne before, someone was trying to implicate Roach's gym (pre-Mayweather IV scandal of course).

Even if he manages to scape Povetkin, I believe Anthony Joshua is next in line with the WBC. That would be a great fight.
