I do not think that is Angel Manfredy. I have interviewed Angel Manfredy, and that sounds nothing like him. If I am not mistaken, Angel Manfredy is not broke, and has a restaurant in Indiana somewhere.

It is fake. Manfredy is training other fighters, and has a restaurant. If you listen to this interview you can notice a clear difference in the voice. Maybe he wants a huge payday again, but who is going to want to watch this one again.
