Many of those people have been photographed thousands of times. Its not difficult to find some with them covering one eye. Its one of the many popular poses you will see in photo shoots. Like looking over your shoulder, or resting your chin on your hand, or biting something. The photographers direct their subject and tell them to do all kinds of things to make an interesting picture.
Some stars tday do it on purpose because they know it will generate controversy with the illuminati conspiracy fad nonsense. Its just marketing.
