I keep hearing this from Golovtards but haven't seen any proof of that, which is usually the way.

Yunieski Gonzalez is fighting Vyacheslav Shabranskyy (14-0) on the card with Ortiz-Jennings Dec 19.

        http://boxrec.com/show/722669

Light heavyweight contender Yunieski Gonzalez (16-1, 12 KOs) is not going to leave anything to chance on December 19th at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in

In October, Ward turned down a fight with Gonzalez for the Nov 21 date, instead choosing Murdock and later Brand.

Sometime in 2016, Ward will probably fight a middleweight or super-middleweight journeyman who he'll demand move up to 175.

Ward fans are in denial, they are even making things up. The guy wants bums from divisions beneath him for good money. All hail the Haymon method!!

that would be a good fight, a real "warmup" for a guy of ward's caliber

ward vs rohan murdock wasn't a warmup, it was paying him to beat someone up who normally wouldn't be permitted to spar with him

If ward fought gonzalez,I'd actually regain some respect for him. But let's be real, its probably going to be some unknown 168 lb fighter being dragged up to 175 for ward.
