Yall gonna say he was fighting a stiff, but since Ruslan always looked the same regardless of the level of competition and style match up, you can still judge his performance yesterday.
Improvements:
1. He was more patient and didnt smother his own offence.
2. His defence was better, Alvarez couldnt land hooks.
3. Ruslan was cutting the ring off much better than in the past.
I think Ruslan is still a player at 140 and my dream fight would probably be Provodnikov - Imam, because Amir is not only a good boxer, but he is also a throw back fighter.
Postol - Provodnikov would be boring, I think Postol gonna clinch non stop against relentless Ruslan (same with Broner, remember AB - Porter?)
Crawford - Provodnikov is also an excellent fight, but not as entertaining as Imam - Provo, IMO
