Thomas & Mack Center, Las Vegas - WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley (33-1-1, 13KOs) could be one fight away from a showdown with Mexican superstar Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, who challenges Miguel Cotto for the WBC middleweight title on November 21 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

winner of cotto/canelo have so many lucrative options on the table and golovkin isn't one of them. as good as he is, he doesn't bring em any money. high risk, crap reward.

He shouldn't be fighting him at all. Tim isn't Floyd. He'll get killed vs canelo

Bradley isn't much of a lucrative option. Obviously a Golovkin fight would be bigger and more money. But hey if boxing fans are cool with welterweights fighting for the lineal middleweight title at an imaginary weight class of 155 pounds, cool, it's not like the sport has any integrity left.

          Canelo versus Bradley

Jesus, so Canelo vacates WBC belt. Says he isn't ready for MW--although he fought his 4 th MW fight and Rehydrates to 175.

Ok, he looks scared and really bad vacating one belt.

Then he goes on to fight Bradley, a WW who is better suited for LW.

My god, I'm certainly glad I never called Canelo a great warrior, he is a complete fraud if he does this.

It would be hilarious if Canelo wanted to fight Bradley, but at 156.

Dude, you can't be serious. When you say things like that your hate for GGG shows. You have to know better.

All anyone is talking about us GGG versus Canelo, or Ward, or Cotto.

Hell, it's overshadowed the Cotto versus Canelo fight on a few occasions.

Every boxing scribe worth a grain of salt knows GGG versus Canelo would be the biggest fight next year. No one brings in more excitement.

Floyd isn't fight Canelo, he has nothing to offer that PAC can't do better.

Maybe Cotto again, but that's if this is close. (GGG just gets the belt then).

No one else would generate the kind of numbers GGG versus Canelo.

May 2nd, at AT&T center, in front of tens of thousands of fans (stadium holds up to 100,000 so as many as can come).

Young gun WBC MW champion, Lineal, Canelo versus Unified MW Champ, GGG.

Two powerful punchers. Two great boxers. Two guys fans love.

No Fight in 2016 would top it.

Both have everything to gain and lose.

... To whom are you trying to 'sell' the Canelo-GGG fight?
... The Mexicans won't pay to watch their idol being dispatched by Golovkin.
