Canelo looked pretty lean at mid 160s. I think he could be in fighting shape at 160lbs. In the ring Canelo and GGG are similarly sized - I think Canelo just drains himself more. AKA Canelo is big for 155 and GGG is small for 160.

Rios doesn't look lean at any weight. He is not anywhere near Canelo in terms of body composition and would not be able to fight at MW.

Rios is a fool, what happens with a guy like Rios is they think oh im moving up so I dont have to starve myself much I can eat an extra meal, thats why after 3 weight classes he still has to drain himself, he eats more thinking he can eat more because he is moving up in weight, all that does is make you put on more weight walking around.
