I took so much shyt on here for years, especially when he was inactive and had 2 fans left. All the laughing about Ward coming back "Is he even a fighter?".
The mockery about wanting to fight Kovalev. "All he does is tune-ups"

Yup, the haters were rabid lmao, can't remember how many times I've been red k'd. Been defending him all the way back to the super 6 when they were saying he was ducking Bute and had Bute>Ward. Not only did he win, he did it without all the "headbutts" and "holding" they claim he's "completely" dependent on. It was actually Kov. that did most of the holding, but you won't hear a peep out of his fans.Comment

Back to reality, I think the P4P spot should remain vacant until a clear decision happens, as to who is the better fighter. You can't give credit because one guy got the lucky end of a decision most people disagree with. That's an excuse not to thinkComment

Let me start off by saying I lost money I bet on Kovalev, based on Ward's one-handedness as a fighter and the fact Kovalev was the dog in what was no more than a 50/50 fight. I have never been a big Ward guy either.
That said why should I give a **** ass what people who mostly can't score a fight say. Ward won, my money ain't coming back to me. It was close but Kovalev let that fight slip away, he hurt Ward early fell into the trap of thinking he could hurt Ward easily and Ward was able to take advantage. I don't score fights anymore because it is a useless exercise and if someone lacks patience, attention to detail, a proper attention span and an open mind (which is very few in general and even fewer who post here) why should I care what they think.
Be mad at Kovalev for not doing better that is who I am mad at~Comment

how is this a victory for Ward?
The two leading newspapers in the UK had the fight for Kovalev, Lederman had it for KOvalev, jsut about every American publication/newspaper/internet site had it for KOvalev and lamost every fan who view teh fight beyond the colour line had it for Kovalev.
All the talk following the fight has been about Kovalev and the decision and not the actual world title win for Ward.
Kovalev has come out of this fight as the chosen one, not the Christian extremist that is Ward lol
this win is going to be a curse for Ward like the Pac win was for BradleyComment
