Why is a reminder needed? It seems like an excuse to praise Mayweather. He fought a 2 pound drained Canelo after bragging that he only fights guys at their best weight. Most people on here accept Mayweather as a great fighter but he is retired. Let Cotto and Canelo get all the glory for this wonderful fight instead of reminding everyone that Mayweather beat them both. Canelo is over two years older, stronger and smarter. Cotto is fighting better with Roach training him. They are both better fighters than they were when Mayweather beat them.

Friendly reminder you troll, he had to drain Canelo to 152, mother****er cant even make 154 lol. Canelo fought at 155 straight after that fight. Another friendly reminded, Cotto was fat and trained by an amateur who he later fired for that fight. Just a complete mess of a situation for Cotto and still messed floyd up.

You have to constantly remind people who Floyd beat, because no one remembers any of his boring ass fights.

Ppl do the same with Pacquiao. They remind us that they fought earlier this year all the time cuz that **** was so far aged that we already forgot about it.

Good luck to both of them as I hope both learned some valuable lessons ins gracing the ring with TBE.

Crazy how sets of cats go to war in the ring but when those sets of cats get in the ring with TBE, TBE show why he is TBE.

Cotto gave Floyd his toughest fight in years.

Canelo stunk out the ring so bad Floyd didn't shower afterwards because of exertion sweat, but because of the stink.

Comparing the two fights explains why someone once came up with the phrase..... "You don't know **** about boxing."

I agree he did give master boxing lessons. He won but never in a memorable way. Will you want to watch those fights again? People want to see knock downs , opponents wobbled, hurt, taking punishment. Floyd doesn't do that. Pernell Whitaker was a master boxer too.

This pretty much. He threw it all away with his Lance Armstrong IVs.
