    I think it generally goes
    Welterweight
    Lightweight
    Middleweight

Although with the cesspit middle has really been for 2 decades I could see moving up feather to number 3. Light heavy would probably be in the mix also.

You have to go with heavyweight. It isn't the best all the time, but the heavyweight crown is the biggest prize historically.

Anybody that doesn't go with Heavyweight is trolling.

            James J. Jeffries
            Jack Johnson
            Jack Dempsey
            Gene Tunney
            Joe Louis
            Rocky Marciano
            Floyd Patterson
            Sonny Liston
            Muhammad Ali
            Joe Frazier
            George Foreman
            Larry Holmes
            Mike Tyson
            Evander Holyfield
            Lennox Lewis

Yea, the question made no sense. If it's memorable, then HW all day. Ali, Frasier, Foreman, Tyson, Holyfield are all household names, so to speak, not to mention numerous other names that people recognise, even if they don't follow the sport.

The most memorable is probably Heavyweights.

Historically great? Probably Welterweight, Lightweight, then Light Heavyweight/Middleweight
