No matter what weight Bam Bam fights at, he is always drained. I know getting the best S&C coaches are probably expensive - but its clear that Robert Garcia's training methods and ways of losing weight is not healthy or effective. I hope he fights a good fight tomorrow

Rios always looks like shyt on the scale so I'm not expecting that to be a factor. The fact is that Brandon's management is incompetent if they think booking him against Bradley was a good idea.

Well, I boxed as an amateur and was a wrestler in high school and college - losing weight and getting in shape to make weight was my thing. "Looking drained" is a byproduct of unhealthy eating, poor off-season habits and poor training techniques.

Most of this is probably on Rios to be a professional - but we've all seen pictures of his off-fight habits. I hope he fights well tomorrow but this guy just doesn't seem to be doing things healthy. But hey, its just an opinion.

For e.g. Cotto; I for one believe that his resurgence has nothing to do w/ Roach but improved off-season behaviors and it shows in his performance and appearance. He has an A-team S&C coach now and a fighter who took it upon himself to be professional. Pre-Roach we would read all the stories of drinking and of course we've all seen the videos and 24/7 of momma cooking him fried foods on HBO. I'm sure he eats all his favorite Rican food still, but it looks a whole lot less.

IF Rios want's to continue at this level, i think its clear that he needs to improve his off-season. I like Rios, he has a lot of heart
