Most likely true. The quadruple header is now a triple header as per the press release from yesterday.

Yea, but Ortiz might get bumped up since he's fighting Dec 12, so who knows

I don't know about WBCs ratings (I haen't checked alphabet ratings in years) but Artur Szpilka is definitely not a #7 heavyweight in reality... Talent-wise, maybe top 30.

The Glazkov rumor was better, but neither guy is very good.

Ideally if Povetkin/Wilder aren't ready to go yet we would see Wilder vs Jennings or Pulev. Are they booked?

Takam wouldn't be bad either since the outcome could help hype the Povetkin fight.

Rankings are never accurate reflections of who's who in boxing.... the organization's at least.

mike Perez went from #4 to #29.
Fujimoto is #15 despite never breaking out of the OPBF scene... and he's not even the best there.... he's only the best in Japan...maybe

Wilder/haymon annoy me with this. The 1st BS defense in AL was a cash grab. ok, thats how things go.

to follow that with more garbage does nothing for wilder. he will get hit, not look as dominant as he should but win by KO. How does this prepare him for tougher fights?

I know some people find KO's exciting but this kind of farce isn't exciting to me at all.

He was ko by feather fisted Jennings so wilder will probly ko him in a round or two

Not a bad fight. He's a solid Tier 2 HW like Takam, Chagaev, Thompson, etc. If they can't get Glazkov, then he's probably the next best thing. I don't think Pulev has fought for like a year right?
