Ward beating up and dropped by Uzbek boxer in 2004 Olympics

Ward was a huge holder even back then. He was perfecting his holding and wrestling. Ward is one of the worst top guys in boxing to watch. I guess Ward fans must like all that wrestling, clinching, and mauling that he does to excess.Comment

A 20 year old Ward gets roughed up by a 30 year old decorated Uzbekistan boxer who got medals at the World Championships twice before the Olympics.

Ok, Golovkin lost his gold medal in a fixed match against a much more decorated amateur (who actually beat the fighter who dropped Ward in the video). It doesn't prevent all the phonies from screaming 'Ward's GOLD > Golovkin's silver... 'MURICA'.
Stick to the video in question. Haydarov got robbed despite beating Ward pretty soundly. Not only did Ward get away with his usual jab/hug bullsht, but Haydarov didn't even get a point when he put Ward down (~2:00 mark).
Anyway, good find.Comment
