I ran into a fan yesterday who claimed that he thinks Canelo Alvarez should rematch Mayweather for a win. His belief is Canelo would win that fight with Mayweather because Canelo gained experience and learned from that fight. Are there fans out there who thinks he would still win? Why? It's pointless. The beating Canelo got was embarassing on so many levels. Losing to a 40 y/o Mayweather for a rematch will absolutely crush Canelo's confidence and legacy.
