Roger Mayweather says Floyd has got to beat Manny Again earn respect from boxing fans
http://**********boxing.com/
Roger Mayweather: Floyd's legacy is going to be good but he needs to close that legacy with Pacquiao. He needs to go back and him and Pacquiao need to do it again. Thats what I think. To close the door in terms of victory, thats what he needs to do.
Jenna J: If Floyd does that, where does that put him amongst the greats?
Roger Mayweather: That would put him amongst the greatest fighters, but Floyd had a good, long legacy anyways. He will be amongst some of the greatest fighters but hes got to close the thing with Pacquiao before he ever does that, because thats one of the known guys that people respect and I think thats the guy that he's gonna have to beat or have to show something with.
Even Roger Mayweather knows Floyd didn't conclude anything that night.
The truth cuts like butter.Comment

Lol your asking the wrong question.
Who ran and hugged for 12 rounds and yet was a roided up bigger man?
Who needed 750 ml of masking agent?
Who connected the more telling blows that night?
Who fought ***** and got booed for winning the fight in the MGM?
Tells you who really didn't win that night.

Hindsight....
I wonder if contributors to the "PSE" Philippines Stock Exchange are okay with the the word "regret?" Because the Philippines lost roughly all of it's value when Manny got schooled. Think about that for a second. Are Filipinos cool with a pensive Freddie lamenting not pulling a guy from a fight that cost them their life savings?Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach still regrets not pulling Manny Pacquiao from the May 2nd mega-match with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Roach has some sack I'll give him that.Comment

If the tables were turned, people would be saying ''No wonder Mayweather ducked Pacquiao for so many years." However, it is okay to admit you wouldn't have accepted a fight, after defeat, when you're Freddie Roach and Pacquiao.
Before the fight, they claimed Pacquiao was in good shape and busting up sparring fights. Before the fight, they were talking about how God would deliver Mayweather into Pacquiao's hand. Before the fight, they were talking about how Mayweather had lost his legs. Before the fight, they were talking about Mayweather getting worked in sparring camp. Before the fight, they signed a documents declaring that Pacquiao had no injuries which, at the least, required medical consultation. During the fight, Pacquiao showed no signs, verbally or physically, of having an injured shoulder. Directly after the fight, Pacquiao made no mention of his shoulder affecting the way he fought; his complaint was that Mayweather moved around too much.
He's been playing basketball and made the claim that salt water healed an injury that keeps other athletes in rehab for the best part of a year.
Anyone who is being honest knows that he was not injured. Anyone being honest would realise the implications of his trainer openly wishing the fight was not made.
Pacquiao was not good enough to beat Mayweather. He was never good enough to beat Mayweather. They thought that Mayweather had slipped just enough for Pacquiao to pick him off, but they thought wrong and now they're wishing the fight was not made.
The L is something they will have to live with:

What you guys have to realize. With all that hugging and running by Floyd in the ring. There is a third man who helps him aside from his technical hugging, it is as effective as his hugging style.
And he's been their for floyd ever since. We have to live with that fact Bayless is key to Floyd's success.
Bayless has been instrumental to Floyd's victory ever since
