Pacquaio had an injury Freddie is right in hindsight he should have pulled Pac out. but
When he notified the NSAC they likely hit the roof in panic. Manny & Freddie agreed to go on with the fight if Manny could use Toradol to deaden the pain NSAC said OK
Then on fight night they sabotaged him & banned & plus took his water & vitamins
