Only thing more bothersome than these excuses is people at one point thinking Mayweather was afraid of a fighter who never had the tools to beat him in the first place.

pacquiao was'nt going to win that fight three handed. he's just not good enough simple and plain. what pacquiao does best mayweather took that away. so being one dimensional there was nothing else pacquiao could do because he does'nt know how. it was easy work.

I get it. They probably thought if they tried to delay it Floyd would have pulled out and fought someone else, effectively killing the fight.
But no excuses. At some point Roach and Manny made the decision to walk out to the ring, and once they made that decision there are no excuses. Manny lost, Floyd was the better fighter. Time to move on.

Everybody including the pac fans know the fight would have had the same result. They just don't want to admit it. Floyd was the smarter and more elusive fighter that night. Plus Manny was still throwing that right hand a lot after injury. How much more would he have thrown it if it was healthy? Finally, its his left hand that's his money punch. How much of a factor did his right hand play any way?
