Rigo is nothing right now, he was trash before, now he is completely worthless. He is more worthless than a toilet after losing the belt. Stop mentioning his name and let him forever disappear into the depths of boxing hell where he is at.

Im not questioning if he would or wouldnt.

Im saying I dont like the size difference in this matchup cause I find Rigo small already for 122. He would look tiny compared to Lomachenko IMHO.

I'm fine with Rigo not wanting to move up to fight Lomo. Rigo's legitimately smaller, and it's never a fair deal to move up and give up both size & speed.

What I don't like is that Lomo is a legit FW and there are some good fights for him to test himself at FW. But the Haymon cold war will block him from ever getting those fights, so it's on him if he wants to grow his name and take risk at the higher weights.

Pretty much this. He would be giving up 10+lbs. Like you said, he is already a small 122lber and obviously an even smaller 126lber. Size to me does'nt mean much if you outclass a guy, but in this situation both guys are basicly equal, skill wise. Loma's size would likely be the deciding factor imo. Would still love to see the fight, but that is a tall mountain to climb imo.

Rigo and Loma...what tragic boxing circumstances to prevent just a solid, top quality, grade A Match-up SMFH...when is greazy @$$ Bob gonna die? just fkn die already got danm!! imagine if Loma wasnt with TR the fights he wud be able to pursue...Rigo, smh how tf can a talent like that be without options? With how seemingly unbeatable he appears, promoters should be throwing money at him and at opponents..they cant beat him=$$$. Caribe got this cat Fd up..im sure there is something not right with that paperwork, Rigos gotta get away from those MFers

Nobody has explained to me yet why Rigo couldn't just walk away from Caribe. He could sign with Haymon or ROC for example and both have deep enough pockets to settle out of court with Caribe.

As that hasn't happened, and I'm sure Gary Hyde must have suggested it, there must be some other reason.

Maybe Caribe are mafia types and Rigo dare not do that.

Maybe Rigo is too demanding and that is known inside the game.

Maybe Caribe is somehow like family to Rigo - who needs family like that?

The day that (accepted) promotional wars block fights and are a determining factor in a fighter deciding what division to campaign in..... is a very sad day indeed for boxing. Top rank are doing their fighters a complete disservice.

Lomachenko deserves way better than that.

Pac/Bradley wont get a chance to fight for Mayweathers belt.

They likely wont participate in those tournaments the WBC announced.

                Sucks !

The only issue was what is always the issue. Caribe.

                    The Haymon war ?

You mean the Top Rank war, right ?

Rigo too small and past prime, loma would get no credit. Fight Walters and if you win you get P4P status.
