The problem is, Roach has seen Khan beat pac in sparring and now he's grown in weight and experience and he's hungry for a big fight. If its up to Roach they will not fight, but its up to ARUM and with the big money they can make in dubai, and he probably can get khan to sign a future fight agreement (and steal kahn from Al) he can promote and carefully schedule him into an international superstar, hell pac has been ko'd more than kahn. If khan wins he can have him fight Crawford and whoever wins will be under Arum's control. But roach will not let Pac fight against someone who knows and haves the confidence to beat pac.

Deserved does not apply when you have the 1st or 2nd best draws in boxing fighting. Remember, we've had:
      Ortiz,
      the Ghost,
      Berto
      Maidana
      Algieri
      Rios
      Bradley
among others as ppv dance partners and in reality none should've been there.

Personally I wouldn't mind Pac / Bradley III.
Idk, I'll have to see Bradley against Rios before I conclude anything... but I'm hesitant about that fight. At least with Khan and Crawford there is some mystique regarding how the fight will turn out. It seems predictable that Pac would beat Bradley in a fairly decisive manner.

Khan has been pretty inactive too and the last time I saw him, he was making Chris Algieri look like Antonio Margarito. A decisive Pacquiao win is the guess here but it does come down to motivation. 37 years old, and coming off a huge loss that, coupled with that payday, probably took some of the last hunger away...it's hard to say.
Good post, but hopefully if he fights Crawford he'll acknowledge that it's at least a comparable risk to fighting Amir Khan. He's somewhat less known but he's just as good, if not better.

I'd be happy to watch h Manny fight Khan.

            But,

Khan's sense of entitlement and ****** way of negotiating is a big turn off.

I think that's why Floyd dropped the idea of fighting Khan, not because he was scared of him - just annoyed by his approach to making the fight.

Uncle Bob feels the same way, it would appear...

there's a number of reasons imo why Khon won't get this fight. this is just one of them.

                  there's also the "haymon issue".

there's also Arum trying to cash Manny out and establish Crawford as his successor.

What makes people think Khan can beat Floyd or Manny?
