Let's say they fight April of 2016 with a stacked undercard on Showtime PPV.

    Main Event
    Wilder vs Povetkin

    Co-Main Event
    Danny Garcia vs Robert Guerrero

    Undercard
    Errol Spence vs Aron Martinez

Would you pay for this PPV?

guess it depends what u define as ppv worthy. to me its not but the way they put anything and everything on ppv its possible. i mean **** ggg vs lemieux imo was not even close to something worth paying ppv money for so its possible i hope not tho

This just isn't a PPV fight. Too many people saw Povetkin's awful fight against Wladimir. They'd be lucky to get 40,000 buys even with a modest price. Wilder isn't nearly ready to carry a PPV.

Wilder Klitschko is the only PPV HW fight that I see going to PPV and doing respectable numbers.

            Wilder-Povetkin would do horrendous numbers.

I'd love to see it but it's a terrible PPV, like Ggg/Lemieux terrible. A fight that many want to see but no one will pay for. Needs to be on TV and would likely be a great candidate to give boxing a boost on network tv.

The obsession that boxing fans have with PPV is strange. It's almost as if they crave PPVs. They've associated this mythical status with PPV. Most PPVs are trash and you are idiots for spending money on them.

Boxing belongs on broadcast network primetime television.

Id pay for it but I also paid for the GGG fight. Truthfully this fight would make more money if held in Eastern Europe and put on tv there.
