These fighters all potentially have a great upside in the future along with a few others currently signed to TR, however the issue is will TR be able to keep these fighters on their roster as they become more knowledgeable about the business of boxing and the larger paydays they could get elsewhere. In addition to this, for those that really standout, you have to wonder will they go the way of RJJ, ODLH, FMW Jr? In my opinion these are very logical possibilities that TR has to consider. I also feel TR can negate these treats by doing a better job of sharing the wealth. Todd is not Bob and I think he's gonna have to consider seriously breaking bread with these fighters once Bob passes.

      I mentioned Zurdo.

The rest I see as TR's 2nd tier prospect lesser capable guys who have a tougher road to stardom. Valdez in particular I suspect will just get fed to Loma at some point.

        100%

TR probably got the best Olympic class since Main Events got damn near the whole 1984 US Olympic team back in the day iirc. I'm not even sure I've seen anything like what TR did with the 2012 class with getting so many top Olympic guys from different countries.

don king went the way of the dodo bird. ditto for GBP.

Arum will die soon, pac retires, then what?

The big lure for everyone from 135-154 was to sign with TR to try to get a pac fight. The new guys can jump ship if they think they can get a better deal with haymond

PBC isnt his money. the investors are loosing money

Top rank needs stars, but so does everyone.

There just isn't that many of them right now, and if Floyd and Pac aren't going to pass the torch to younger guys the way Oscar did for them, it will take even longer.

I have no doubt top rank will develop there young talent, but it's hard to find real stars. Heck, look at haymons roster, all those fighters, but he has no stars. With Floyd gone, Chavez was probably his biggest star. It took Haymon one fight to destroy 10 years of top ranks development for Chavez.

Those guys can all leave, loyalty isnt gauranteed anymore, look how often guys like JMM, Cotto ect switch back and forth from TR to GBP/Haymond.

Look at how fast Don King and GBP crumbled, anything is possible. What concerns me is that there would only be one BIG promoter in the US, with no competition and haymond controlling everything, it would be a ****fest.

Yeah no ****. Haymon doesn't have a replacement for Floyd, Top Rank for Manny, Roc for Cotto or GBP for Canelo. Pointless article

They survived Don King, survived Golden Boy and are comfortably surviving Haymon.
