The rest I see as TR's 2nd tier prospect lesser capable guys who have a tougher road to stardom. Valdez in particular I suspect will just get fed to Loma at some point.

TR probably got the best Olympic class since Main Events got damn near the whole 1984 US Olympic team back in the day iirc. I'm not even sure I've seen anything like what TR did with the 2012 class with getting so many top Olympic guys from different countries.

Top Rank is set for the Next 15 years with fighters like Terence Crawford, Oscar Valdez, Lomachenko,Felix Verdejo.

don king went the way of the dodo bird. ditto for GBP.
Arum will die soon, pac retires, then what?
The big lure for everyone from 135-154 was to sign with TR to try to get a pac fight. The new guys can jump ship if they think they can get a better deal with haymond

Top rank needs stars, but so does everyone.
There just isn't that many of them right now, and if Floyd and Pac aren't going to pass the torch to younger guys the way Oscar did for them, it will take even longer.
I have no doubt top rank will develop there young talent, but it's hard to find real stars. Heck, look at haymons roster, all those fighters, but he has no stars. With Floyd gone, Chavez was probably his biggest star. It took Haymon one fight to destroy 10 years of top ranks development for Chavez.

Those guys can all leave, loyalty isnt gauranteed anymore, look how often guys like JMM, Cotto ect switch back and forth from TR to GBP/Haymond.
Look at how fast Don King and GBP crumbled, anything is possible. What concerns me is that there would only be one BIG promoter in the US, with no competition and haymond controlling everything, it would be a ****fest.

Most promoters would be willing to eat out Arum's wife once a week for life for Ramirez, Verdejo, Loma & Crawford on their roster. Hell they'd probably do it for one of those guys.
