Loma is kind if fighter this sport needs more of.

If he was a Haymon guy he would be on his 7th fight vs a bum on some untelevised undercard, talking About, "I'm the A-side" I don't need to fight him, who is he?"

I think Lomachenko will stop Salido early in the rematch.

The first fight he was overwhelmed by the veteran tactics of Salido, something he'd never seen in the amateurs. But I also believe that Lomachenko made the fight easier for Salido because he came into the fight with a strategy of trying to conserve his energy for the later rounds because he didn't want to start fast and then fade late (He only fought 4 rounds the fight before).

As the fight progressed , especially in the championship rounds, he realized that Salido really wasn't going to be a factor and he turned up the pace and he almost stopped Salido in the 12th round. Salido dodged a bullet.

If a rematch happens, Lomachenko will start off a lot faster like he's been doing in his recent fights and Salido will get overwhelmed and he'll go down.

          Horrible Ref

That had to be the worst referred fight I have ever seen.
Salido was constantly hitting Loma beneath the belt. Holding Loma constantly.
That ref sucks. Loma quickly learned evidence his last fight on the May vs Pac undercard.
That guy was hitting Loma underneath the belt and finally Loma said f#$k this I will return the favor.

He needs to fight Walter or Rigo next hopefully.

Ya salido was a tough welcome to the pro game for Loma.

In the amateurs landing clean punches is the key. In the pros not so much. Salido def found ways to exploit loma's lack of pro experience, beat him up inside, out muscled him, found ways to land those "veteran punches".

I thought the fight was way to early for Loma, but the guy is hungry, I can't hate oh that.

That is exactly why you dont rush young guys.

The pro game is completely different.

They are the exact lessons a young pro should learn as they develop.

He came up a little short against a vet who significantly outweighed him.

Terrific fighter, got stacks of potential.

A big call, but yea, I think he will be right up there with the best of them.

Terrific fighter, great attitude, I'm surprised hes not more popular.

The bigger Eastern fighters seem to get a lot more airtime, GGG/Kova/Provo.

Yeah I find it weird that HBO is making such a big push for Chocalatito but not very much for LOMA... Maybe lack of opposition perhaps? Seems all the 126 guys are with Haymon right now leaving LOMA with very slim pickings. He needs to fight Rigo...
