Then to actually make the statement that they aren't the same size, lol. They are essentially and for all intents and purposes the same size.
What matters is bodyweight percentage, that is why lighter weights are closer together. If you are 115 pounds, 3 pounds is 2.6% of your body weight. If you are 160, 6 pounds is 3.75% of your body weight. There is of course a bit of a discrepancy still, but that's the logic of having the lighter weights closer together and heavier weights further apart.

        How so?

Inoue is coming off injury, year away from the ring, while Roman has remained active. This dude is supposed to jump and fight Roman right away? Nah, he's got 8 fights under his belt lol.

You all want dudes to jump right in, when he really does need a couple more fights, he needs tuneups right now, then be ready for Gonzalez.

Besides when it comes to negotiations, guarantee Inoue takes whatever is offered, it'll be Gonzalez pricing himself out like he's currently doing with Estrada (I will say Estrada is asking for major dough as well).

But point being, Inoue when he's ready won't be ducking Roman, it's funny to hear you say that when you know Inoue doesn't have the level of experience. I figured you would want him to get a few more fights under his belt to make it an amazing fight.

Besides, I've seen that kid fight and train, and while I'm a huge fan of Choco as well, Inoue will best him if they ever fight. My problem is, Inoue's injury came at a bad time, he's young still growing, Roman's 28 no more growth. They are going to move away from each other the older and bigger Inoue gets, even though Roman rehydrates to 130 on fight nights.

That´s right. The so called Monster is afraid of Chocolatito.. and he should, Chocolatito is Death incarnate in boxing. Aint nobody beating him.

No one is really avoiding anything. They're letting the fight get ripe and this is a case where they should. You know I thought all this Roman-Inoue talk has always been WAY premature and made more so by injury. Roman is at a weight where he could potentially face Ruenroeng, Estrada, Nietes, and a showdown with Ioka would be a great build to Inoue. There is NO rush while all that is on the table.

It all works out yeah. Inoue needs a few more fights and Gonzalez has work to do at 112. By the time they're both clear, assuming neither has lost, they can fight in 2017! And I can watch it!

Inoue has recently said that he wants to unify with Roman
Naoya Inoue, who successfully defended his WBO super flyweight championship for the third time on Sunday when he defeated Thailand's Petchbarngborn Kokietgym by technical knockout in the 10th round, is hoping to face Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez next.

This thread was posted on 11-02-2015 and since he has fought Jarupianlerd and Kono, while Kono is a former world champion(lost to “El Nica” Concepcion) Jarupianlerd was really a no hoper, do you think Inoue is now really ready to defeat Roman? While his is the younger and stronger lion, he has never faced anyone even close to Roman in skills.
