Almost all of them. Inside fighting is a dying art. GGG, Kovalev, Wlad, Lara, Rigondeaux, Crawford, Lomachenko etc. all prefer to fight at range.

Definitely. Body punching and inside fighting don't accumulate points in the amateur system. Keeping your distance and landing clean, visible punches that can move the punch counter is the best way to score.
