Canelo is more pathetic because he Rehydrates to 172-175

      /QUOTE]

Wait, didnt you said comissions dont allow fighters to rehydrate more than 10%???
      Another one of your gems...
Told you jedi, rehydration weight is irrelevant in boxing, comissions dont even consider that... not even on title fights... and there is no such a thing as 30day rehydration or 7day rehydration, so stop using that term if you are clueless about it...

      • Doubt there was an exclamation mark at the end of cotto's sentence. It was probably barely audible. Dude has zero personality.

You're acting like being a diva is part of the sport, you're part of the problem. Boxing is the only sport where the best don't fight the best and the stars think they are bigger than the fans.

Cotto is the middle weight champion of the world. He can either act like it or forfeit the title. I won't be paying for any of his PPV's until he fights Golovkin, it's the only way these idiots will understand that the fans come first.

Yeah it's well known they were willing to go 154-168 for an A side opponent. HBO proposed the fight to both, GGG said yes, Ward said no. Since then Ward has been in courts or doing tuneups, and GGG has become the biggest star 156-HW, and finally has great prospects in his division, including that mega mando

Cotto/Canelo are A-side opponents (something GGG has never done)

If rehydration weight doesn't matter, then:

Floyd never fought bigger fighter. Canelo

Cotto isn't fighter a bigger fighter. Canelo

But we know that's not true. Floyd beat the much bigger Canelo.

Cotto is fighting a much bigger Canelo.

Cotto isn't fight the 155 version of Canelo. He'll be fighting the 175 version.

                  Ok, sure.

Floyd is a 150-155 pound rehydrated fighter at max. Why wouldn't he come down for Floyd. It's fair. GGG isn't trying to be a JR.MW. Although I think fighting Floyd is dumb.

Ward fight at 168? What's wrong with that. Although even the CW was fair, Ward bigger and GGG isn't trying to gain SMW titles.

If GGG tries to unify the SMW at 161, I'll have a problem with that.

Canelo and Cotto want access to 3 MW belts at 155. It's BS.

Damn, you are really clueless arnt you.

First, the CW is worse for Canelo because he fights at 175 pounds. That's why it's pathetic. Same damn thing I've been saying.

Second, yes there is a 30 day, 7 day, weight limit.

For IBF you cannot fight for the title more than 10% from the division weight.

                  WBC has a 10% rule at 30-day, and 5% at 7 day,

                  Rehydration very much matters.

30 days out from his match with Cotto, Canelo was 168 pounds.

30 days out from his natch with Lemieux, GGG was 165 pounds.

Considering they are a mining for 155, Canelo is a tad bit heavy.

No matter how much you deny it, what Canelo walks into the ring at matters.

                  Canelo fights heavier than GGG.

So when Cotto fights Canelo, you think that extra 15 pounds Canelo will have doesn't matter?

If you don't, then you really need to start thinking about stuff more clearly.

Doing a CW to fight for 3 MW belts is a disgrace.

                    I say this.

If Cotto and Canelo want the CW, Team GGG says they can vacate and then fight for no titles.

They should not get access to 3 MW titles at 155.

And coming to 154 to fight a 147 pound fighter makes sense.

Coming down to 155 to fight the middle weight champion is ******.

Especially if that MW champion is a guy, Canelo, who Rehydrates bigger than you.

Right which is why GGG was offering to go down in weight for both before they became The MW Champ. 3 belt + lineal MW unification at 155, that's disgusting, right?
