Former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. is not happy with the way most fighters are acting in boxing. He says boxing is now more about fighters trying to earn more money and not about which of them is the best. He doesn't see fighters trying to challenge the best boxers in their division, and instead looking to face whoever makes them the most money.

Jones points to WBA/IBF/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin as one fighter who has the right attitude for the sport.

Nothin but love for Roy. He's a little kooky at times, and said something here that was humorous because the biggest talk in NSB is Golovkin not budging on weight.

I've seen your posts, why do you think Gennady should move up? Because of remarks years ago? They couldn't get anyone in the ring with Gennady; and Ward is closing in on Kovalev (I have Kovalev in that fight)


Maybe when he gets 160 unified (already seems Canelo is b*tching out, Cotto might fight him @157)









The lineal title should be fought at 160.
