I spent a long time defending Khan's actions, particularly in the months prior to Mayweather-Maidana I...but, now its clear: the guy is delusional.

      What am I missing ?

Provodnikov would be a joke opponent for Khan, right ?

      A limited mid-level 140lb'er ?

I know it's fun bashing Khan, but really ?

Can we just change the subject to Brook, coz thats whats up
I think most people recognized it as a decent fight.

When the fight was "announced" Khan was definitely getting his fair share of credit.

No point in talking about how much Khan is ducking Brook anymore, it's pretty obvious to anyone with a pair of eyes.

It would just seem a let-down after talking about Floyd/Manny for so long.

Yeah well, if he fought and beat Provo, I don't think a Pacquiao fight would be out of the question for an April fight.

They talked about Matthysse for Pacquiao, so I don't see why Khan would be any different.

What's truly dissappointing is the talk of Thurman/Brook/Porter/Mayweather/Pacquiao/Garcia and then going on to fight Algieri and then... no one.

          That's sad.

Khans great at protecting his chin by trying not to go in the ring and when he's forced in there his team always come up with someone that will protect his chin in it !

Khan was okay about fighting Provodnikov, then had a think about it and big heartedly decided to grant Pacquiao a shot instead.

Khan at his best could school Prov - at his worst it would be a decent fight.

Fighting Prov would be a win / win for Khan, it would prove he is avoiding punchers.

But no, Khan is STILL obsessed with Manny or Floyd...

He is not on that type of level, never was, never will be.
