    amir ...

u only fight low skilled fighters at best professionally - so why not take a step back and boost ur ego with even less seasoned boxers you can beat and glorify yourself about. a great swan song for you and the only way you actually win anything and leave your lackluster career on a high note.

I'm against it but other sports are letting professional athletes compete. I guess it only makes it fair.

1). If money is all you'll or anyone else will ever seek - then you'll have a sad life

2). All boxing is subject o decisions that are sometimes unpopular - find a way to make it so influence is greatly diminished and you'll be fine

3). I clearly stated that Olympics should feature pros and let amateurs compete in the World Championships and Golden Gloves...so

Amir Khan feels like this will be his BEST bet to become RELEVANT = Beat amateurs instead of real pros.....

            What a shame!!!

This is ridiculous imo, how did that idea make it onto the table.

What possible benefit could come from this ?

                Thats how I see it.

And what negative impact will it have on the pro game ?

Way to completely undermine amateur boxing.

A superstar of Khan's peerless inter-galactic magnitude would only be required to box in the final itself and would, of course, be allowed to nominate the opponent. You know it makes sense.

It might be interesting, but I think it could hurt amature fighting. Everyone may turn pro & then go to the Olympics.
