Comments Thread For: Marcos Maidana: I'm Not Even Thinking About Boxing

Former world champion Marcos Maidana (35-5, 31KOs) is not even thinking about boxing at this moment and has no idea if he will ever fight again.

Maidana has been out of the ring since September 2014. The 32-year-old boxer made a lot of money with back to back pay-per-view fights against Floyd Mayweather Jr. last year. He lost twelve round decisions in both contests.

This is what happens when you fight Floyd two times in a row.

Good for him, A so called "face first brawler" according to the flomos, till he was a mayweather opponent then all of a sudden his stock sky rocketed lol. But for a "face first brawler" he has made more money then 98% of boxers do. Enjoy that money and chill.

Recent photo he looked to be a deuce. He would need months just to lose weight then months to sharpen skills and get in boxing shape. Rare that a fighter fights Floyd twice. Got a increase in second fight for 1st fight performance. If he stays humble he can live off the few mil he made

The 6(?)mil he made from both Mayweather fights is a beyond-huge amount in Argentine currency, right? That's what I keep hearing.
