It's really a shame that two solid Cuban talents in Rigondeaux and Gamboa are being ruined by bad promotion. They are both stuck in purgatory with no clear plan of action for their careers.

Who are in these guys ears feeding them bullsh--?

Honestly - these guys are lacking in their own education and professionalism as well. I think its clear that they aren't smart enough to actually take control of them.

And at the end of the day, when you are on TV and they are showcasing you...you have to perform. These promoters will latch on to guys who are exciting and work with them. Think about this guy for a minute:

-He's ugly
-He speaks no english
-He cares little about closing shows
-He has zero charisma
-He's devoid of camera presence

He's talented no doubt - but to make that $$ and continue to warrant premium spotlight, you have to bring something more to the table - and he himself, because he has said so believes that his skillset will carry the day.He has said before that he doesn't care about any of that extra-curricular stuff

Then he cannot expect suits with $$ to care about showcasing you. If you aren't interested in helping these guys net a positive ROI, then I'm sorry, you brought this upon yourself.

Arum is many things - but at the end of the day he's trying to make money - and to have a talent like Rigo must have had him super excited - then to have an unwilling partner in Rigo, well it is what it is.
