It would be a brutal beat down. Disgusting fight, there's absolutely no point in even considering it.

No... Rios would be a punching bag and probably get stopped on cuts.. Canelo would smash him

I like Rios a lot, but he would have about a 1% chance in that fight. Too small.

I don't think he has any chance at all to win that fight. Rios is tough and game and punches hard but he isn't very big. At 147 he looks soft, and flabby. I think he is a natural 135 or 140 pounder who likes to eat a lot. He isn't that big of puncher at 147 and he would be even less of a puncher at 154-155. He can't hurt Canelo. Canelo is faster and a much better boxer than Rios. Rios has a style that depends on him wading through his opponent's punches to land his own. That style won't work against Canelo. Canelo hits very hard with precision accuracy. Rios has a good chin but it can't take that kind of power. Canelo would knock Rios out early in a one sided beat down.

I wouldn't want to see this fight. I am a big Canelo fan but smashing Rios wouldn't really improve his resume. I like Rios and I don't want to see him brutally KOed.

Bob Arum has stated that the winner of Bradley vs Rios might fight Canelo. I guess that possible fight vs Canelo would be at 155lb.

I would favor Canelo vs Rios but it would be a war.I could see Rios winning some rounds & clipping Canelo a few times. I have Canelo beating Rios by UD in a entertaining fight.Rios got too much heart & iron chin.

If Canelo beat Cotto pretty convincingly I will love for Cotto to fight Brandon.

                    That's all I can say.

Brandon is in my top 5 list of the boxers I really dislike.
